Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India.

Order Processing Time

Standard Shipping (Free)

Orders placed under Standard Shipping are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.

Express Shipping (Paid)

Orders placed under Express Shipping are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

Please note:

  • Orders are processed only on weekdays (Monday to Friday).
  • Sundays and public holidays are excluded from processing timelines.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders above ₹699.
  • Applicable shipping charges will be calculated at checkout for orders below ₹699.

Express Shipping

  • Express Shipping is charged at a flat rate of ₹150 per 500 grams.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes across India.

NEW AGE CLOTHING reserves the right to limit or deny COD on certain orders based on operational or serviceability factors.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp on your registered mobile number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are requested to enter the correct shipping address and contact details while placing an order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • The shipment may be returned to NEW AGE CLOTHING.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated only after the parcel is received back by us.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier partner issues
  • Weather conditions
  • Remote locations
  • Festivals or high order volumes
